Pitiful - only open a couple of days a week & did not return calls, the person they sent to do a measure & quote had no clue what he was there to do despite having given them a floorplan & discussed in depth what was required & then they stated that they could not compete the measure & quote for 'hygiene' reasons in an email & have refused to return my calls to discuss what the actual reason was. Friendly staff. I was looking for timber or hybrid flooring and for this category they did not have a very good selection.

I'd been let down by another flooring company and i was v glad to find these guys. They were v friendly and easy to deal with and managed to squeeze in fitting the flooring at my place as soon as it arrived from the mainland.
Really lovely family owned business. Quality products and advice at a great price.
