I don't normally leave reviews, but unfortunately, this clinic is the worst establishment I've ever encountered. I have been waiting six months for them to fax a single file to my insurance company for physio reimbursement and am met with hostility every time I call and ask about it. SIX MONTHS. The low ratings are being deleted from this practice. Medical gaslighting, mental health stigma, will not fill out disability claims and submit them after months of requesting, now past the point I can’t get disability. Worse doctors experience I’ve had each time I visit. Others I speak to who go here agree. The receptionists are a nightmare to deal with over the phone and I’ve been hung up on before I could finish a sentence. I feel quite lucky to have Dr. Smith as my physician. She is a spectacular doctor with an approachable and kind bedside manner. I am also appreciative to have the clinic’s staff on my team. I deal with chronic and frustrating illnesses which are very painful and emotionally draining. My doctor is always patient, kind and not only inventive but smart-as-a-whip when it comes to non-prescription methods which I greatly appreciate. The staff are always very accommodating and helpful. I recommend them highly.
Dr.Kevin McGuire and Staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. The clinic is modern, comfortable and clean.
