So I was just at the Dentist, had a filling done and the new Dentist did an amazing job, they are all very nice there, very friendly atmosphere.

They made a mistake in Jan billing so insurance did not pay them but they asked me to pay so I paid. It was July the receptionist supposed to correct the billing and will let me know when insurance will pay them so I can get reimbursed. Aug when I phoned nothing was done. I left a message twice to call me back but no call back.

I always had good visits & appreciated the dentists calm demeanor, and compassionate approach, but since January I've attempted to contact this office, leaving numerous voicemails detailing urgent matters like needing an oral assessment for a cancer concern, experiencing pain due to a filling coming out after treatment, and requesting to transfer my files. They never answered or returned my calls. This level of disregard for patient concerns is deeply disappointing and reflects unprofessionally.

Had my first appointment in December or January it was great. The dentist was phenomenal and made me feel extremely comfortable. We made a dental plan to start in April due to them being previously booked. Since then, all of my appointments have been canceled by the Dental office with promise to follow up to rebook within two days. It has been 1 month with no follow up. If I call, I get a voicemail with no response.
