WARNING for all you future customers just beware because if there is a mistake, YOU WILL BE LEFT HANGING IN THE WIND. I brought in a chair for an estimate, by the owners admission he mistakenly cut a swatch out of the backrest of the chair. That is where his responcibility stopped. He ruined my chair and did nothing to rectify the problem. By the actions of the owner, the only conclusion that I can make is that there is a definite lack of character promenade in the business.
