The living conditions are very nice, the landlord is good, and the overall experience is amazing, with very helpful and kind support. The new owner have really made this a good place to live for any family
The new manager made a few changes and got rid of some of the bad apples. Now I can sleep without being woke up in the middle of the night.
maintenance man tries to barge in on minors when parents aren't home witnessed firsthand but besides that it's a nice quiet place if you can stand the rats and the Cockroaches and the gas bill that they keep trying to raise every month
They are crooks!! them and the maintenance man are working together!! to not only ignore the things that need to be fixed and taken care of, but also to find ways to make you pay for what they should’ve already replaced. The apartments are extremely hot! The AC units are only there for decoration. They never cool anything and if you want to use your gas stove during the summer. You you’re better off cooking outside.
