My uncle was here for a few weeks and I was appauld by the hygiene practices. No one washed their hands before or after providing care! I camed almost everyday and never saw handwashing. On the weekends there is very little staff and very unsafe. Be aware, your loved ones will definitely leave with something contagious they didn t come in with. If you choose this place pay close attention to sanitary practices and staffing conditions. Check on your loved ones often!

I am totally appalled at the kind of service they provided to my Mother. The home staff lacks compassion and dignity. Failed to provided the medical attention needs. Residents were bathe by what room they where in no mater what day they that they got there,but wasn t bathe at all. Residents call the nurse with call button or sometimes even yell for a nurse to go to their room and there is no nurse around the resident may have to wait more than 1/2 hour if they get lucky before someone come to see what they need.
