Very quick and efficient response to request for repair. Came the same week we called. Dave, our repairman, made a fast diagnosis of the problem with our gas stove oven. Repaired it on the spot. Very reasonable price for the parts and repair. Oven works fine, now. Dave is a man of few words when on the clock, but very pleasant and accommodating after the work is finished. They have the worst customer client communication of ANYONE I have ever dealt with. Claimed they had the part when appointment was made and showed up 4 hours after original time, without one, and here my dryer sits in pieces.
Fast action and professional and courteous service. Also very reasonably priced. Needed two appliances repaired and have been very satisfied .This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used this company. Always have excellent outcomes.

Used this service after 4 visits and 9months of visits from anther company and a still nonfunctioning side by side. they were on time, very efficient and left my kitchen spotless. my system was cleaned. vacumed, recharged, old parts removed -left by other service company- and new parts installed properly. pricing was very, very fair -should have had them in the beginning.-
