Cancel appointments with a few days notice then never answer phone to rebook! I’ve called 8 times over the past few days and no answer!
Had a hygienist clean and the service was excellent. Funli was very attentive and explained everything so clearly. I was apprehensive going in as my husband had a bad experience in the past but this was so gently done. Both Funli and Rida were great. Thank you for making me feel at ease
Been with this dental surgery for years. Both previous dentists were outstanding, sadly this bunch of new qualified or young career dentists are just not the same. I'll be looking to move to a practice that doesn't cancel appointments or reschedule because the team have no work ethic.
I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years due to incompetent dentists elsewhere. I have to say that although im a big baby the dentist and her assistant were fantastic. They both kept me at ease and the speed of the process was appreciated. I will never be a fan of the Dentist but I’m certainly a fan of Kingsthorpe Grove and will be less hesitant should I need to return. Thank you very much!
