Terrible Customer service, good luck getting a call back and getting them on the line. They never answer the phone.
It will not let me post a lower score. This practice is so sadly and poorly run that prescribed medication was confused or mixed up between spouses. It’s upsetting. We could never get into an appointment without ridiculous wait times and to begin with and we felt like we were cared about to start with but after about a year it started to become uncomfortable and pressed. IMO, Dr. McClain is the most caring and genuine, humble down to earth doctor that I've been to in over 30 years. I will stay w/him until the good Lord takes me home....
