I was at my wit's end trying to keep my garage door from jerking on the way up and down. I had replaced the door hinges, rollers, greased the track, and even replaced the opener and the problem still persisted. I almost let some of the other reviews keep me from trying Kingsport Door Co. but after the terrible responses I got from three of the local competitors it couldn't get worse. I used this company years ago personally and when my client needed a repair I recommended them, big mistake. We called Friday morning and was assured that we would get repaired by the end of the day nobody called us back all day we had to finally call them back at 4:30 and was informed that nobody had come back to the office yet so we were stuck with a broken door all weekend.
