I purchased a used 2009 BMW R1200GS from Kingsport Cycles last May. I live in Michigan and found the bike on Cycle Trader. After making a few texts and phone calls I purchased the BMW. After getting it home I found that the fuel gauge didn't work. I contacted Michael at Kingsport about the issue. He asked me who my nearest BMW dealer was. With that information, he contacted my local BMW dealer and arranged to get the fuel gauge repaired at not cost to me. Who does that anymore??!! I absolutely loved going into this store. All staff were extremely friendly and I got all the help I needed and all questions I had answered. I highly recommend going here over anywhere else. They charge more to mount and balance a tire then what you’ll pay for the tire ....go to ken’s for your tire work
