Glad I was referred to these guys. My 1hp pool motor "died" on me in the middle of the season (busted bearing) and these guys were able to repair/rebuild the motor promptly. I brought the motor to them towards the end of the day and next morning it was ready for pickup. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. The price seemed reasonable, it was about 1/4 or 1/3 of a new motor, which they had in stock and offered. I opted to fix mine, which now works great again!

I came to the reviews to check if I'm the only one who's experienced a crazy driver for this company. Low, and behold, I'm not! Today, the driver in truck 185 was driving very aggressively towards me on 58 towards Kingsport. This is not a good trend for your company, so maybe, actually, fix it before he becomes a liability to the company. I called and told someone about it as well, so hold the team accountable too if something happens.

I will never recommend this business. I called about a motor repair and was told to bring it in. The motor shop foreman was sitting at his desk, watching a video on his phone and didn’t look up. I finally got his attention and he was extremely rude to me and wouldn’t let me talk to the person who told me to bring it in. He just insisted they will not repair my motor.
