I emailed a warranty request as I noticed the tank was leaking from the top. The service team got back to me within a short time and booked in a day. The technician Caleb called to ask if he could come a day early and apologised for the inconvenience, no drama over here, we were very happy. The tank wasn’t leaking and was overflowing due to the hiflow being blocked and the pump float switch was stuck which meant I was not using the tank water. Great experience working with Kylie, Nav and the team at Kingspan. They've went out of their way to make sure my tank was moved into place, properly connect and quick at connecting with me through out the process. Thanks to them i now have a working water tank agian.
This company deserves an award... for disgraceful customer service and processes. And I read reviews I'm not the only one with this experience. Would also rate zero stars if I could. Have been trying to do the right thing and waiting 6+ months to have my tank serviced. They put on their website not available outside NSW. Great, I'm in NSW. Very happy with kingspan. The installer, Billy arrived when expected bright and early and worked very efficiently to have our tank up in a few hours. It looks great and very well built. Will definitely be ordering our next tank from Kingspan.
I have four Kingspan/Rhino Tanks. If I could rate Kingspan Service zero stars I would. I was advised in Oct last year that one of my tanks needed service for its warranty so I booked a service. Six months later still not done yet I get emails reminding me that I am risking my warranty if it is not serviced. I tried calling and emailing the service manager but he doesn't return my calls instead I get a nameless email rebooking it with a different order number.
