Services are consistently unreliable. Last year our biweekly services were more like monthly services because the crew regularly did not show up. We never received any explanation for no-shows, but were still billed for biweekly services. This year we tried to give it one more chance, and after being told for the last 3 weeks that the crew will “be there at the end of the week”, we have cancelled our contract. Kingsmen has been cutting our lawn for a few years. This year has a notable decrease in the quality of work. The cuts feel like their team is overbooked and rushing jobs, often mashing the grass instead of cutting it due to the speed with which they’re mowing. Additionally, I reached out via email to find out why lawn treatments I requested at the start of the season never happened and have received no response. Two stars because at least they’re showing up and doing something.
Company is great! Will work along any problem for you and makes sure the work is always quality. Would highly recommend for lawn and property maintenance, hardscaping, lighting, and snow removal.
I used Kingsman to hardscape a large area in my backyard and install new sod. I received six quotes for the project, and Matt at Kingsman was the only contractor who suggested installing a pop-up drain to help move water away from the patio. Even with the added drain, their quote was still lower than any of the others we received. Kingsmen Landscaping totally transformed our front entrance. We are so happy with the results! The new steps and pavers and the wider design for the sidewalk opened up our front entrance and made our small porch seem larger. The crew was great and worked hard all day in the heat. Matt was there in person every day and worked with us to help make the best decision decisions. Highly recommend Kingsmen Landscaping!
