I have been going to this barber for around 6 months. I am bald and I just get my beard trimmed up. I always had good trims. I had Doug about two months ago and I think it was his first day at this barber. I now return and request him. He does an excellent job with my beard. I also enjoy having conversation with him. I have been to this place twice with unsatisfactory results. The barbers have trouble understanding English. I like wearing my longish and both times explicitly asked for a very light trim—indicting with my fingers the tiny amount of hair to remove. But, no. Out came the electric shears and before I could react, large hunks of my hair were shorn off, leaving only stubble on the sides and back. Military-style haircuts (aka fades) is all they know how to do. I'm not going back.

Warning: under new ownership as of March 2025. The team who worked there for years are all gone now. None of them remained through the change. If you are a long time customer, do not expect your regular cut.
