Awful, incompetent, rude, unprofessional, unethical I could go on about Dr. Kingsley. He belittled my symptoms and didn’t give me a definite diagnosis until over a year of doctor visits and then was dismissive when I tried to ask further questions. He also mislabeled one of my procedures with insurance and I was stuck with a bill for thousands of dollars, that I tried fighting for a year, even with legal advice. Kingsley did my first colonoscopy 10 years ago. I then had a Zoom meeting/ intake with him 2 years ago in which HE said HE'D email me and/ or call me to schedule another colonoscopy. Never got that follow up. I called this morning (10/6/22) to try to get the process started again- despite blowing me off 2 years ago - and got the answering service (30 minutes AFTER the office opened) and haven't gotten a call back yet. Very frustrating and ready to go elsewhere. I hope for his sake I have no problems.
This doctor was superb. Just the right mix of compassion and professional. He's very good at what he does. I highly recommend him.
