I would love to share just how wonderful Kingsley Senior Living has been to my family and my elderly mom.. I’ll never forget the day we moved my mom into Kingsley. Here you go — the shorter one: I was very disappointed during my recent visit to Kingsley Senior Living. You can tell the difference in care when you encounter staff who are properly trained and licensed, and unfortunately, the level of care from some staff does not reflect what I would expect for what families are paying. The attitudes of some employees are also concerning. I should not have to visit my mom and hear staff loudly complaining, cursing, or speaking negatively about residents in the hallways. My family highly recommends Kingsley Senior Living! From the very beginning when my mom and stepdad moved in, the management and the staff were so welcoming, kind, and caring. They went out of their way to help them get acclimated to their new home. We will never forget the care and compassion from the staff and the VNA Hospice RN Luke that was given to our stepdad during the last several months of his life – it was above and beyond. Our family is so very thankful for the KINGSLEY! Communication and care from everyone has been wonderful. I love that they know my mom, and ask how she’s doing and are always checking on her! They were so kind and helpful too with our stepdad, Bill, who has now gone to heaven. Their care and concern is very apparent, especially when we’ve had medical emergencies. They are so kind and responsive, and it truly feels like a family! We feel blessed to have found Nick, Seta, Stephanie, and all their team here at the KINGSLEY!
