I had an emergency procedure Father's Day night where a surgeon was called in and I received top-notch care. Dr. Okai was fantastic at explaining the situation and clearly outlining my options, which really put me at ease. His bedside manner is excellent—he is kind, attentive, and highly skilled. I highly recommend him to anyone needing surgery.
Had to wait hour and half past appt time. Had to tell Dr what my diagnosis was, why I was there. Besides obvious hernia, which needs surgery, no explanation for other problems. Still waiting for date of surgery. My time is important too.
Before and the day of my surgery Dr. Okai made me feel very comfortable and reassured me that I would be fine. He really won my mom and aunt over by praying for me before my surgery. I am very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.
Took a while to actually see the doctor but he and his PA did an outstanding job! Great people and looking forward to the next visit for scheduling.
