The jeweler burnished my wife's diamond ring that was snagging on clothing, and didn't charge me! She did tell me, however, that they are no longer working on jewelry that was not purchased in their store. This makes us sad, because they have always been so wonderful to fix bent prongs, solder rings together, etc. It's sad, because I don't blame Kingsley North, because I KNOW it was from one, or a few persons, that blamed Kingsley for something that wasn't their fault, but possibly a poorly made ring or setting from another ... read more

Came in with my Diamond Cross necklaces and the clasp to the necklace to the chain came loose and they were as kind and sweet in reassuring me that they can fix it- they did and hasn’t came in done!! Thank you for your utmost professionalism
