If I could give this man zero stars I absolutely would. Not only is he completely arrogant, but I have never been treated by someone so awful in the health profession as I have by this guy. First he claimed he was a doctor, he hung up the phone repeatedly, yelled and swore at me and then had the nerve to refuse to answer or return any calls after a major surgery when I was just looking for help.
