We have had good experiences with the people in our local office. When we went to file our first claim, for a tree falling on our house, our local office couldn't really help us. They were worried to give any advice, wanting us to get it from an adjuster. When we called Meemic's claim service, we were able to start our claim and we were told they would assign an adjuster who would reach out.
