Went it to the guys at Kingsley on a bit of a mercy mission, my shower was pouring water, I’d had to turn the water off at the mains, managed to remove the cartridge and took it to a few main stream plumber’s merchants, and Kingsley were my last hope. The sales advisor was very helpful, and through some searching and elimination of product, found the part that I needed. I’m so grateful for his help, and will definitely be my first port of call for any future bathroom projects in the future. You made my day. Thank

I like to support local business, and this used to be a brilliant place to go for plumbing stuff, but lately it's not been very good. I recently wanted a replacement gland for a tap, but the guy seemed uninterested, he fiddled around with a box full of different glands, then just said - "these are all different - can't help you". Funny that, I just counted the splines myself, measured the old gland, and ordered one on Amazon - it came the next day and fitted perfectly.
