Took my prado in for a clutch and rear main seal replacement, specifically requesting a genuine oil seal. On receiving the invoice, I discovered a cheaper non genuine seal had been used, and they had also charged me with carrying out an engine service, which wasn't asked for. The car was collected and immediately noted black oil on the white bullbar, bash plates, and seat covers. The seat cover had to be discarded due to the stains and dirt smell.
