Took advantage of inflation and tried to DOUBLE my rent due to the "current financial times". They had made zero improvements or updates to the property to warrant this change so I decided to move out, but others might not be in a place to do that. "Apartments for change" is their slogan, but they are just as greedy as any other management company out there. I'd highly recommend looking for another company in STL.
Michele is a great person to work with on the other hand Aiime is horrible this is the second time I've talk to this woman.Her attitude is horrible she talks over you and doesn't like for you to get a word in nobody is perfect out here and we all got things going on in our lives ..You guys needs to train her better on communication and her attitude.It not cool at all she needs to be slow to speak and quick to listen..
