Really frustrating and disrespectful service from the front desk staff.Also overall experience was really bad right from scheduling to finally getting the image CDs.The patient was suffering disc bulge and was in severe pain. Our doctor send MRI prescription on a Tuesday. We contacted the facility more that 3 times on Wednesday, waited patiently till they confirmed on insurance approval and got appointment on Thursday morning 10.30 am. The most important thing to me is the willingness to assist the patients. Having imaging done is not always easy or easy to understand. I have received great help and patience from Jessica at the front desk and all those who work the back of the process.
Jessica and Jocelyne are so nice i went in and was confused and they helped me immediately i never felt so helped and pleased with receptionists till i came here and got helped
Both receptionists were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Great customer service!
