If I could give a ZERO Star review, I would. Just to give a PSA, if your doctor puts in an order for a foot MRI and you go to Kingsland Medical Imaging it will not include the heel. Despite the research I did on foot MRIs and the fact that the heel should have been part of the imaging, Kingsland Medical Imaging refuses to redo my 10yr old son’s MRI. Therefore we are out the cost and time, yet no closer to answers about his recurring pain.

Today was the second time that I've been to Kingsland medical Imaging. The customer service that they provided for my mom was outstanding! They greeted us with a smile, as well as accommodated my mom with a cheek chair because she was experiencing back pain. The young ladies at the front desk, as well as the technicians who perform the x-rays are amazing!!! They also have a clean and comfortable waiting area which was greatly appreciated.
I’m giving this imaging center 5 stars. Liz and Dominique were absolutely amazing! I struggle with claustrophobia and was really nervous about my scan, but they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They explained everything step by step, checked on me the whole time, and were so patient and kind. What could have been a really stressful experience turned into something I was actually able to get through thanks to them. I couldn’t be more grateful for the care they showed.
Staff has outstanding attention to details- wonderfully friendly staff and technicians. The place I prefer to get all my imaging done.
