I went to this dentist as I had moved and needed somewhere fairly local. I found my dentist to be quite dismissive of my concerns and not very helpful when it came to giving advice. I got given two fillings that were different materials despite them both being white and now one is trapping food in my teeth and I need to pay £175 to rectify it at my old dental practice that I know is good and trust worthy. I’d honestly avoid!
I went to this dentist a few times and found both my dentist and hygienist to be very lovely, however I was told two times that some decay on my back tooth would be fine to floss away- going against what I felt was right as I could see the decay myself! On seeing a private doctor I was informed I was on the way to a root canal, so that has put my off returning to this practice. The receptionist didn't seem to care at all when I mentioned this and I've had no follow up since.
