Unable to rate zero to get this referral in so I had to pick one star with regret. We have used Kingsland for 12 years and the management has changed in past years. Our family pet was getting old, and I had talked to Kingsland on several occasions that if something came up and I needed to bring her in would I be able to come in and put our pet down and was assured just call and we will put you in a private room and get a vet to do the Euthanasian on her.
