Terrible receptionist service
Spent nearly $4,000 here and bought multiple sunglasses plus prescription glasses with special lenses. After SIX months of chasing them, countless calls, and even arranging my own Uber pickup, they finally sent the glasses. I open the case… and the glasses are BROKEN. Not damaged in transit — clearly broken and still sent anyway. They knew exactly what they were doing. Six months of delays, zero accountability, and this is what I get.
