I am absolutely appalled by the treatment my mother-in-law received at this medical centre. The reception staff's behavior was unacceptable - they lacked basic manners and were completely impersonal. After waiting for three hours, she was dismissed without seeing the specialist, leaving her feeling humiliated. The level of disrespect and disregard for patients' time is staggering. Have been with Dr. Wu for more than 10 years for my whole family . Very caring, highly experienced and patient doctor who always sort out the health problems for our families and friends. Very lucky to have such a amazing doctor !
The Doctor’s are amazing and very knowledgeable but they need to do something about the front desk they are not qualified as friendly customer service people , I will be happy to teach them how to treat customers with respect and to be engaging when it comes to dealing with people of all ages.
