Dr Jessy Wu and is absolutely amazing. I’ve been visiting Kingsgrove family medical center during and after my pregnancy and I am 100% trust Dr Jessy Wu. It’s not easy to find a doctor as good as her. Highly recommended.
I am absolutely appalled by the treatment my mother-in-law received at this medical centre. The reception staff's behavior was unacceptable - they lacked basic manners and were completely impersonal. After waiting for three hours, she was dismissed without seeing the specialist, leaving her feeling humiliated. The level of disrespect and disregard for patients' time is staggering. To wait for such an extended period only to be dismissed is inexcusable. I expect a higher standard of care and compassion from healthcare provide... read more
