Had day surgery today at Kingsgrove Day hospital. In the lead up the reception team were very helpful and were very prompt to answer any questions I had via email nothing was too much trouble. Then went I went in this morning the reception lady was very nice sorry can’t recall her name I went in at about 11am. The nurse that looked after me was Leanne. Great experience as a first timer, I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. Dr. Damien and the staff ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery and follow up, outstanding quality of medical care, couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The day hospital had lovely reception staff that were so helpful and gave such a warm welcoming when we arrived, once through to the procedure area, the nurses that assisted were very caring and explained everything to me clearly and made me feel at ease with the procedure. Before I knew it I was out of the theatre and my surgeon was there to provide information on how well the procedure went and I was then given great post op care and sent home feeling very impressed with the whole experience. Thank you!
