Having had negative experiences at other vets, we were anxious about our recent visit here. From the moment we entered we were made to feel welcome and staff genuinely cared about our anxious dog. Ben was fantastic, caring and knowledgeable. There was no pushing for expensive extras and the cheapest treatments were offered first. So relieved to have finally found a caring vet in the local area. Could not recommend more, would give 10 stars if able too! Big thanks to all the staff

I recently visited Kingsgrove Animal hospital and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the unfriendly behaviour of the staff and management. From the moment I entered, I was met with indifference and a lack of professionalism. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting customers and often appeared annoyed when approached with questions or requests. Secretary doesn’t smile and kiwi lady is rude! Dr Michael is extremely knowledgeable and kind. He takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and genuinely cares about his patients well-being. His professional yet compassionate approach made me feel comfortable and confident in the care my little girl Lilly received. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Vet who combines expertise with empathy.
