Dealing with Jennifer Halloran has been a complete nightmare. If I could give zero I would. She takes months to respond with excuses of personal nature and then just stopped communicating altogether. I'm pretty sure she had an assistant so I am confused by the lack of response. The case has still not been dealt with even after I offered a generous settlement.
