Touchless car wash
Excellent customer service, the owner came and showed me how the new system works, blasted mildew from around my windows (toothbrush work!) then offered to pay for my drive through wash after.. recovering from 2 mvas, this truely blessed me, thank you!
I paid $11 on 4/25 at the automated car wash and the car wash ended on the soap cycle, never rinsed my car. I have left dozens of voicemails, emails and phone calls since then with NO RESPONSE. The absolute worst customer service. There is no one at the car wash for issues and the only phone number is a horrible quality automated system that takes voicemails only.
Always a great experience
Seriously the best car wash I’ve ever been too, customer service is top notch. Had the magnetic strip on my card stop working so he comp’d me a free wash, I just wanted the basic wash and he upgraded me to the crown jewel and I didn’t pay a cent, this place will always have my business and recommendation.
My family and I have used this specific car wash for many years and it has always been a great experience. Occasionally a employee will just hand you a vacuum token or a wipe for your car. I have used other places but this place is the place to go to.
