Terrible service! Avoid this place, especially the Nepali girl, Shana. Rude, unprofessional, and has no idea how to provide decent customer care. The owner is equally ignorant and only focused on rushing through the service without any effort to ensure quality. They barely provide the massage you paid for and then try to push 'extras' instead of delivering a proper experience. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone!"
I went to Kingsford Bodytone this evening. I had a reservation for 8 PM, and my bus arrived late. I made sure to call the reception of the massage parlor, and the lady at the reception spoke to me disrespectfully. She seemed stressed on the phone and was very rude. She told me that I shouldn’t push back the reservation, even though I had informed her in advance that my bus was late and it wasn’t my fault. Hopeless websites .Updated every blue moon. Even then you have to phone up and talk to some old lady and ask her who's working that day. Stuff around for 15:20 minutes.
