Trying to get hold of Ryan is impossible. He’s supposedly a salesperson, but the only thing he’s selling is the illusion that he works here. Honestly, if Ryan put half as much effort into answering his phone as he does into avoiding it, this estate would be sold out by now.

Dealing with Ryan Milroy/ Sales consulatant at Kingsford Estate has been a complete waste of time. Easily the worst sales consultant we’ve come across. never answers the phone, never replies to messages, and his communication is basically non existent. After chasing him multiple times, he promised to get back to me with lot availabilities but never bothered to follow through. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
