Kingsfold, and Dr Ravi are always fabulous and very thorough, even if it requires taking more time than allotted. My review today is about the lovely nurse that did my 'MOT'. She was fully engaged, enthusiastic and really cared. Hope this review makes it to her so she knows she's appreciated. Many thanks
Rather give 0 stars I’m a career of a disabled person today we was made to sit for over an hour just to be told they’d forgot to tell doctor she arrived as staff was to busy gabbing
Fobbed off and not taken seriously by the front desk. Didn’t ask me anything about symptoms, referred me to pharmacy consultation who referred me back to GP. Receptionist then tells me it’s too late for an appointment (all this happened within an hour) and that I’ll have to try again later. GP himself helpful and knowledgeable, but you’ll have to get through the incredibly rude, gatekeeping receptionists first. Dr Raj has no interest whatsoever in helping the infirm, especially those in care homes.
