You never really know what the customer service side of a company is like until you run into a problem. Well, I can say without reservation that the customer service we received at Kingsdown was outstanding! From the store to the warranty department, they all exceeded our expectations. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Kingsdown. I would give them more stars if I could. Great company; great products; and great customer service!

I've never in my life been spoke to by anyone the way that Wendy spoke to me at the Mebane location . I recently purchased a $5000 mattress. The woman was yelling and screaming at my husband when he picked up the mattress on Saturday 9/14/24 . If I could actually get a hold of the manager, I would complain about this woman , but Wendy answers the phone and tells me there's no manager until Friday so who do I talk to about this situation.?? Don’t shop here. You can buy a Kingsdown mattress $300-400 cheaper. Just down the road at Discount Furniture Connection in Mebane. We did!!
I bought a Kingsdown last year, I love it. I brought another brand which I do not like as well. am going to buy another Kingsdown mattress. It sleeps very good. It’s nothing like the plush pillow top. I am on my way now to Mebane. Sharon A. GBO, NC
