Disappointing that this local company would not provide better warranty support. I'm happy to pay more for a premium product but this was definitely not worth the price. Left with an expensive mattress I can't use.
Purchased a new mechanical bed and mattress. Absolutely a superior product. Scott answered every question. He and his staff provided awesome customer service. Great experience and highly recommended!
