I drive clear from Athens to see Dr. Shepherd, she is so sweet and cares about your entire health. She insists that you see a specialist or your primary care physician for things outside her field. She did numerous surgical procedures on me some out patient two at the hospital. She came to check on me personally every day. I will keep going to Columbus to see her as long as possible. The first time I met her she was an intern during a procedure for fertility issues. She knows more about me than most my friends.

Unfortunately for Kingsdale, I believe that a doctor's respect and concern for his or her patients is reflected in the attitudes and behaviors of their staff. While I can't complain about Dr. Copeland's medical care, every visit to Kingsdale involves an encounter with a rude or condescending staff member. I have been a client at Kingsdale for 8 years, but I have finally reached my limit. It seems that they do not lack for clients, so they could care less how they treat their existing patients. This is the best place for a woman to go to get her annuals. They are very good and care about your health. I highly recommend this office.
