When it came time for my parents to move out of the house I was born in, I searched all over Kingston to find them a new place to call home. From the moment I walked into the Kingsdale Chateau, I could tell it's a caring and welcoming community. The staff truly put their hearts into what they do and it shows in the beautifully maintained property, daily activities and healthy home cooked meals. Janette And her team are outstanding. My mother recently took residence there in this amazing, warm and welcoming community. Extremely well managed, beautiful staff with such an incredible aptitude for kindness and care. So grateful to this place and loving, watching my mother settling in nicely. My mother initially came to this retirement community for a temporary stay, but after such a wonderful experience, she has now decided to become a full-time resident. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make her feel welcome, help her understand the community, and ensure she could comfortably find her way around the building.
