I stayed there 3 nights with my Mother in August 2023. The staff are all friendly and nice. But, the food is simply inedible. There is a severe lack of proteins and vegetables. The only fresh thing was the salad, which was minuscule. Either the chef is terrible or all they are provided is frozen food...which all tastes bland and microwaved. No one says anything. Our mum has been warmly welcomed into the Kingsdale Chateau active seniors community from the first day. The Resident Ambassadors group took her under their wings to ensure she would not feel alone and to guide her through her first week. She enjoys healthy, homestyle meals, bright and clean common areas and a variety of planned acitivities, all thanks to the management and staff who are caring, friendly and helpful. Our Mom has had the good fortune to live at Kingsdale Chateau since last August. It has been such a positive experience. The staff are so friendly, caring and attentive. The residence is clean and bright and welcoming. The meals are great and there is always something fun to take part in. I would highly recommend Kingsdale Chateau.
I'm entering my 3rd year being employed by Kingsdale Chateau and couldn't be happier. All the staff and residents in our community are wonderful. We have a great team and it shows as soon as you enter. It already feels like home.
