As owners we were disgusted with all aspects of our experience with Kingscliff Sales and rentals. Our house was damaged, requiring us to buy new appliances and get tradesman in to repair things, some of our possessions were taken and our gardens were ruined. David did absolutely nothing to support us. We received no compensation. The duty of care with the inspections was non existent. Avoid, avoid, avoid…
My dealings with David Preston has been nothing but deplorable. He is arrogant and I have no clue how he has managed to run a business for as long as he has. Steer clear! ! !
Emma is an employee of Kingscliff Sales & Rentals. Emma has been an absolute pleasure to deal with! She is incredibly thorough, professional, communicative and a fantastic person. Every aspect of managing the rental was handled on time and above expectations. It’s clear she truely cares about the properties she looks after. Almost all of your reviews are written by tenants. Which makes sense because my experience as an owner with this agency has been extremely unprofessional. The rent for my property that this agency suggested was well under market I have since found out, I did not question this at the time as I trusted the agent’s expertise. The screening of the tent was inadequate, and I subsequently found out it appears they did not have a job.
