I witnessed Glen the manger speak to an elderly couple who lived there with zero respect or dignity. It was very unprofessional and made me feel bad for the couple and how he must treat other residents there with out right rudeness! All because they forgot the code to get into the gate. Before this. I had tried to call the office several times with no answer. I didn’t want to write this message but felt it should be known!
