Dr Melissa Herbert is an exceptional doctor. From the moment we met her, she was incredibly compassionate and understanding of our situation. She took the time to listen carefully, never made us feel rushed and showed genuine care for both my son and our family. DR Melissa Herbert has been so supportive with my horrible journey of pain. Finally I'm nearly the surgery that we have been fighting for. Mentally picked me up, when I felt so done! with reassurance that we are in this together . I'm very fortunate to have found such a caring , person centred and tramau informed GP.
We recently had a great experience with Dr Krystal Dinh. Whilst on holidays my family needed a last minute appointment and Dr Krystal went above and beyond to accommodate time and space for us. She was empathetic and great with kids and even gave us a follow up call the next day. Truly hard to find caring, supportive and doctors at genuinely care these days. Highly recommend this clinic
After numerous good dealings with this practice I made the terrible decision to make an appointment for my wife with Dr Zoe, now my wife doesn’t have huge amount of medical issues but has been through enough trauma that she is rather shy and softly spoken. Instead of Dr Zoe identifying this she instead chose to be rude, abrupt and at no time displayed what would even be displayed as a ok bedside manner. Had a complicated issue that needed resolving quickly regarding medication. Tracey on reception went over and above to help me out, and after getting nowhere with numerous avenues she made me feel heard and assisted as best she could. Can’t thank her enough.
