Just a reminder how bad these people are. Zero customer service. Avoid at all costs. Appalling! Twice, we've had the misfortune of dealing with these people. We booked our stay over 3 months ago, and they advised it was cancelled a week prior to us leaving with no reason given. They don't take any ownership of issues and have no interest in helping you to resolve them. Don't expect anyone to respond to your messages/emails. Had to rate as 1 star cos there's no lower rating to select.
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company. They falsely advertised the property with a dryer and dishwasher . When questioned it was difficult to contact them . The property we stayed in “Denaway house” Pottsville was filthy , the bathrooms were outdated and cabinetry was falling apart . The stove top was faulty and there were rodent droppings through the property. We stayed in 2024 after a family funeral for some time out. We weren't impressed at all! When booking we requested a cot and checked with a follow up email 3 days before arrival and told a cot would be supplied. No cot on arrival but they did drop one off. I left some property behind and rang to give details. The next day I received a call telling me the cleaner had found my property and asked me to send a self addressed prepaid envelope to them which I did. I waited but nothing was sent to me. Shocking company. Incompetent at their jobs, terrible customer service, can't even organize a decent cleaner for their stays and have the mentality that everything is too hard.
