The place was so clean and the communication was excellent in how to access the property. The sound of the sea and the beautiful view is made this stay so relaxing.

Absolutely appalling cleanliness and customer service! We arrived to a property that was nowhere near “clean.” A huge pile of rotting rubbish sat in the front yard, swarming with flies and stinking so badly we couldn’t open bedroom windows. Inside, there was shocking filth under the couch (tissues, debris and even a peanut – extremely dangerous given a child in our group has a severe peanut allergy). Just a reminder how bad these people are. Zero customer service. Avoid at all costs. Appalling! Twice, we've had the misfortune of dealing with these people. We booked our stay over 3 months ago, and they advised it was cancelled a week prior to us leaving with no reason given. They don't take any ownership of issues and have no interest in helping you to resolve them. Don't expect anyone to respond to your messages/emails. Had to rate as 1 star cos there's no lower rating to select.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company. They falsely advertised the property with a dryer and dishwasher . When questioned it was difficult to contact them . The property we stayed in “Denaway house” Pottsville was filthy , the bathrooms were outdated and cabinetry was falling apart . The stove top was faulty and there were rodent droppings through the property. We stayed in 2024 after a family funeral for some time out.
