The receptionist is pleasant and curious. However, due to her lack of experience or attention to detail I was misleads numerous times during a very bad illness. Having pointed out the mistakes I wad not received an apology. I’m sorry but am very cautious when next I have to deal with her
When I was a patient at this clinic I was treated very well by my doctor but as a year or so passed my medical records were leaked by one of the receptionist staff who I share mutual friends with I found out through a friend that my medical history was being shared especially my pregnancy which I was keeping a secret until my reveal , I expressed this to the clinic and they told me they would still keep that staff member and there is nothing they can do I feel violated and sad that they took no action and still kept this sta... read more
I’ve been a patient of Dr Melanie McCannell for years and have never had a more caring and compassionate doctor ever! She keeps digging for answers and puts you first! I’d have been lost without her the last couple of years. Thx for everything Dr McCannell
Dr. K is in my opinion the best allergist in the city as someone who grew up with the legendary Dr. Allan Becker. I feel so lucky to have found her! She is always fast to address my concerns and is incredibly flexible given the amount of visits I require, and always works with me to meet my needs. The admin staff are friendly as well.
