My vehicle was damaged by debris flying off of one of Kingsbury's trucks/trailers. When I enquired about it, they inferred that I am a liar and that they are not responsible for damage saying, "Nothing flew off our trailer onto your car." "No insurance information is coming your way." "Your windshield is not our responsibility." I thought that such a large community oriented business would have more professional policies. The damage was caused accidently but at no fault of mine.
RecommendedI had a new septic tank pump installed today. I would highly recommend Kingsbury. They are professional, honest, hard working, friendly and quick. They were at my house a couple hours after my desperate call, without an "emergency" fee that others charge. I especially like the local family feel. A+ experience for me today. Thank you Bobby, Chris, and Tamar! Oh, and thanks for filling in the dirt Bobby. Your team totally rocks.
If you ever want to pay $400 for 30 minutes of plumbing work then this is the company for you, otherwise I do NOT recommend this place. The accounting lady Tamar is also very rude when dealing with a customer who has a problem and instead of handling it professionally she was smart with me, had an attitude the entire conversation, lied about something that I never said, and was just rude over all. This company will scam you and won’t think twice about it! I do NOT recommend!!
