Yep, study on your own, understand it and own it. That’s what will determine if you’re cut out to be a medic. The EMT program is great. The medic program even more so. The instructors, professors and coordinators are there for you on a level I have never seen before. BLS, ALS rotations, scenarios, team-dynamic skills, clinical rotations, non-stop studying but wait there’s more! I’m just too tired to sleep (I’m just going to leave that how I wrote it) and that’s why I can’t write a better review. Tons of hands on skills pract... read more

The emt course prepares you just for the in class exams The state exam is a bunch of different scenarios that you have to understand and know what to do in those type of situations So study on your own (dont depend on the teachers) I didnt give thia course a high score do to lack of organization and a pessimistic atmosphere
