Five stars for Technician Shawn...two stars for pricing. I had my fireplace converted from wood burning, gas start to gas only. I know the price of the logs and conversion kit, and the bill was so high for less than an hour of work. I decided to stick with them even after hearing the price because of the courteous technician, Shawn.
