I’ve been living in this complex for many years. The environment is nice. However, there is no gym as specified on apartments.com. The equipment they are speaking of is equipment that renters brought themselves and no longer wanted-half of which don’t work. Also, very little money is put into maintaining the building. The rugs in common areas are over 20 years old and need to desperately be changed, as they are filthy. It’s a lot of rent to pay when new complexes are going for the same price with many more amenities
