I had a similar experience. I have been using this cleaners for years. The elderly couple that owned it for years retired and it is now under new ownership. I took 2 new pairs of my husband's pants in to be hemmed. Told them to hem to 29 1/4 length. They CUT OFF 29 1/4 inches off bottom of the pants! They came to right below my husband's knees. Unless you like bad customer service ... – Brought clothes here to be altered. One turned out fine, the others didn't. Before I was even able to open my mouth the owner, as I walked in, accused me of changing my mind and that's why I needed them fixed - not because they had made an error and my pants were still dragging on the floor.
