horrible customer service we took our propane run, 350 Chevy engine in to get a service as we are new owners to it. 10 days later we get it back $1500. we plan a road trip for the weekend and completely loose power 20 miles in. Immobile on a Friday after spending $1500 for fluid changes and a tune up and this shop wants to tell me to bring it back in and we can take a look. Have dealt with King's Transmission ( Renton, WA ) for a little more than three years now, and was referred to them by an establishment with which I had done business for more than a decade. I not only received a professional introduction, but I also was treated with exemplary service from the start. King's Transmission has not only stood by their work, but has made my experience in doing business with them a pleasure. Never ever take your car here!!!! The employee's in this shop have the worst customer service skills imaginable. They had my truck for 8, yes 8 days befor they even told us what exactly was wrong. Trust me if I could have driven my car, it would have been out of there after day 2. Every time we would call they didn't have time to talk, they NEVER called back when they said they would. this is a really bad company to deal with i took both my vehicles there and with only one call for payment before my vehicles were even worked on they had them towed away without notice – this is a terrible place to take your vehicles i had done business with them before but this time the manager without notice to me had both of my vehicles towed just a month after i took them there he had not even bothered to repair them but had them both towed away with no notice to me and i lost both my truck and my car i do not recommend... read more
